Spearhead, headquartered in Zurich, is a global InsurTech company specialising in digital accident, damage and lifecycle analysis for motor vehicles.
The company develops and operates digital platform services for companies within the mobility ecosystem, enabling process optimisation and cost reductions throughout the entire automotive claims process, and provide a digital, powerful, innovative and contemporary customer experience.

ph. AG is a Swiss scale-up founded in 2017 and headquartered in Zurich. Under the brand KA-EX, the company produces and distributes a proprietary and patented dietary supplement consisting of selected macro- and micro-nutrients, which boosts the body's natural recovery cycle after intensive sports or alcohol consumption.
Artemon invested as lead investor in the convertible loan issued in January 2023.

Haddock AG operates a Swiss-based venture studio focused on finding and developing sustainable business models in the food and beverage industry. The Haddock team consists of experienced entrepreneurs who, alone or together with founders, accompany start-ups from the pre-seed phase to profitable ventures and/or a successful exit.
Artemon participates as an investor in the Haddock Ventures Club and, as a club member, gains access to a diversified venture portfolio.

Utopia Music AG
Utopia Music is a Swiss music fintech company providing financial technology and services for the music industry through clear, transparent, and reliable data-based solutions. The company centralises music data (i.a. copyrights) to close the gap between music creators and music consumers and delivers Fair Pay for Every Play from any creation to any consumption.
Artemon had the opportunity to invest in the company as part of a secondary transaction.

Memox Innovation AG
memox. is the first meeting & conferencing-as-a-service solution. The company offers customers functional state-of-the-art meeting and conference rooms (spaces), which can be individually designed with proprietary interior solutions and equipment depending on the desired meeting format (plug & play concept). Customers can arrange, plan and implement their desired meetings with the mx service platform. memox. operates a total of 31 Spaces in Zurich, Basel and Frankfurt. Already 95% of SMI and DAX-listed companies use the concept.
Artemon invested as part of the Series-A Financing.

Augenzentrum Kiener AG
The privately owned Augenzentrum Kiener Group in Baden-Dättwil employs 4 doctors and 13 medical and administrative staff. The range of services includes screening and treatments including cataract, retinal or eyelid surgery as well as the surgical correction of vision disorders.
Treatments are carried out in the in-house operating theatre (Chirurgie Baregg), which is also used by external doctors, including for hand or cosmetic surgery.
Exit: 2022, sale to strategic investor
