Samuel Krämer

Samuel has extensive experience in complex financing situations. He led the corporate and real estate lending business at a leading Swiss fintech, established the Swiss Debt & Capital Advisory team for an international advisory firm and worked in corporate finance at a major Swiss bank. He holds a Master's degree in banking and finance from University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Manuel Hamel
Co-Founder, Partner
Manuel is a private debt expert with more than 10 years of industry experience. Prior to founding Artemon, he worked at an international advisory company in Zurich and London on various complex financing transactions, buy-out scenarios as well as acquisition and growth financings. He holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Economics from Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Semir Ben Ammar, PhD
Director
Semir has extensive experience in M&A transactions and corporate finance advisory. Prior to joining Artemon, he worked at a top-tier investment bank in London and at several international advisory firms in Switzerland. Furthermore, he is a lecturer for applied valuation at the University of St. Gallen. He holds a Ph.D. from University of St. Gallen (HSG), a Master's degree in Finance from University of Mannheim and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Nina Grahovac
Real Estate Advisor
Nina is a member of our advisory board and works at a reputable institutional asset manager in Zurich. She has extensive expertise in real estate financing and valuation. Prior to joining Artemon's advisory board, she was responsible for building and managing a triple-digit million real estate loan portfolio at a leading Swiss fintech. She holds a B.Sc. from University of Zurich.
